Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist (Hybrid)

A full-time hybrid role for a marketer who treats digital channels as a growth and customer acquisition engine. The organisation is a growing home healthcare provider in Lagos, offering nursing, caregiving and specialist home-care services to families, including those abroad who are arranging care for loved ones at home. The role focuses on building visibility, generating qualified enquiries and turning them into new clients. It suits someone analytical, self-directed and comfortable with paid advertising, search, content and performance tracking, who wants their work measured by real results.

What you'll do

• Develop and carry out a digital marketing strategy focused on growth and new client acquisition
• Research and refine target audiences in Nigeria and the diaspora
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
• Improve SEO and Google search visibility
• Create social media content and messaging that builds trust and generates leads
• Test campaigns, creatives and landing pages, and improve conversion through to enquiries and onboarding

What you need

• 2–4+ years of digital or growth marketing experience
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Good understanding of SEO, analytics and conversion tracking
• Proven track record of generating leads or customers digitally
• Strong content and copywriting skills
• Comfortable with Canva or similar design tools
