Events Marketing Manager, EMEA (Remote, UK or Ireland)

A fast-growing B2B software company that helps teams send automated, behaviour-driven messages is looking for an Events Marketing Manager to lead its in-person and digital events across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This remote role is open only to candidates based in the UK or Ireland. It suits an experienced event marketer who enjoys owning a regional programme end to end, working closely with a small events team and sales, and who is comfortable with regular travel and a busy calendar of events and monthly webinars.

What you'll do

• Own the EMEA in-person events calendar, including field events, hosted experiences, sponsored conferences and activations
• Evaluate sponsorships, speaking slots and event formats against regional goals and manage vendors, timelines and on-the-ground support
• Run the monthly EMEA webinar end to end, from topic and speaker selection to promotion and follow-up
• Oversee registration, pre-event communication and the attendee experience
• Work with demand generation, marketing operations and sales on lead capture, routing and pipeline attribution
• Track event performance and document repeatable EMEA playbooks and templates

What you need

• Based in the UK or Ireland
• 4+ years of event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Experience running multiple formats of in-person events, ideally across several European markets
• Experience running webinars
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across teams and time zones
• Working knowledge of marketing automation, a CRM such as Salesforce, and UTM-based attribution
