Senior Events Manager, EMEA (Remote - Worldwide)

Candidates are hired through a global employer partner where they do not reside in a country with a direct entity. Strong knowledge of the EMEA region is required. A fast-growing enterprise software company that sells workflow and process orchestration technology to large organisations is hiring a Senior Events Manager to lead its events across the EMEA region. The company is fully remote and is moving toward an AI-first way of working. You will own the regional events strategy, from flagship conferences to community programmes, and partner closely with product, sales, marketing and customer teams.

What you'll do

• Own the EMEA flagship and event portfolio strategy, setting KPIs and measuring ROI, pipeline impact and brand lift for each event.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large conferences and multi-event programmes, including venues, contracts, vendors, speakers, budgets and post-event analysis.
• Build and scale a repeatable regional roadshow and community programme across EMEA, with clear engagement and pipeline measurement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and executives to secure leadership and product participation and to align events with business goals.
• Lead multi-channel event promotion and post-event follow-up, and present event results and attendee value to stakeholders.

What you need

• 7+ years of events management experience, including at least 3 years leading large flagship events or conferences (500+ attendees) in B2B technology or enterprise software.
• Proven record running multi-event portfolios with significant budgets, including ROI analysis and optimisation.
• Deep understanding of EMEA markets and regulatory environments, with success managing multi-country events across Europe.
• Strong project management, vendor negotiation and cross-functional skills in matrix-driven organisations.
• Experience building and scaling repeatable programmes, and proficiency with event technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives.
