Experiential Marketing Manager (Remote - US and EU, excluding France, Germany and Italy)
Candidates outside the US are assessed on location, experience and skills, so offers may differ from the US range. A fast-growing company building self-custodial financial software used by millions of people worldwide is hiring an Experiential Marketing Manager. The role sits in the in-house creative studio's experiential and global events team and produces the in-person experiences where users, creators, partners and builders connect with the brand. The calendar spans conferences, community meetups, VIP experiences and co-branded activations across APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
What you'll do
- Lead production of events from brief through on-site delivery and post-event recap, including venues, run of show, fabrication, AV, catering and staffing with agency partners.
- Own timelines, workback plans and budgets for several events running in parallel across regions.
- Source, negotiate with and manage agencies, venues and vendors under tight deadlines.
- Oversee guest registration and VIP access, from guest lists and approvals to arrival.
- Work with product, marketing and business teams to set audiences, objectives and success metrics for each event, and help refine concepts with creative teams.
- Track attendance, registration, social reach and sentiment, and turn results into recaps that show what to repeat or change.
What you need
- 5+ years in event production, experiential marketing or brand activations, ideally in fintech, crypto, consumer tech, esports or entertainment.
- Experience producing large-format or competitive live events and multi-city or international programs delivered on time and on budget.
- Experience producing premium or invite-only experiences for high-value guests.
- Strong vendor and contract negotiation skills, plus a systems mindset for turning one-off events into repeatable playbooks.
- Based in the US or EU (excluding France, Germany and Italy), with willingness to travel internationally up to about 20% of the year.
- Interest in money, markets and how people trade, save and spend. Finance experience is not required.
