Frontend Software Engineer

This remote role is for a senior frontend engineer who will help build full stack product features from design through to delivery. It suits a hands-on developer who enjoys owning features end to end, raising the standard of code across a team, and supporting less experienced colleagues. Candidates with a strong track record in scalable web applications and agile delivery will feel at home.

What you'll do

• Own features from technical design and estimation through to implementation and testing
• Collaborate with teammates, product owners and UX to solve key business priorities
• Peer review code and give constructive feedback to improve quality
• Lead efforts to improve team productivity, culture and code quality
• Mentor junior team members
• Create documentation and processes that improve transparency

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of software development experience or a reviewable portfolio
• Experience building and maintaining scalable, always-available consumer products
• Frontend experience with React and Next.js
• Experience with ORMs, API development, and Storybook
• Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum)
