Growth & Marketing Intern / New Grad (Visa Sponsorship - San Francisco, United States)

Visa sponsorship available. An early-stage technology company building an AI-driven recruiting and talent platform is hiring a growth and marketing team member at intern or new-graduate level. You will help design and run marketing programs across several channels, using experiments and measurable results to connect job seekers with startup opportunities. The role suits someone who wants to own real programs early and learn quickly in a fast-paced startup.

What you'll do

• Own growth programs across outbound outreach, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships and events, and report on their results.
• Form channel hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure performance and refine campaigns.
• Plan and improve cold email programs, including deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), domain warm-up and sender reputation.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google.
• Produce and distribute blogs, email, social posts, newsletters, testimonials, case studies and product stories in a consistent brand voice.
• Support SEO through topic research, on-page optimization and internal linking, and help build marketing partnerships and online or in-person events.

What you need

• Zero to three years of experience with recent, substantive growth or marketing work suited to an intern or new-graduate role.
• Evidence of personally owning marketing programs and driving measurable outcomes.
• A test-and-learn mindset: forming hypotheses, measuring results and iterating.
• Strong content creation skills and the ability to keep a consistent brand voice across formats.
• Working knowledge of outbound email deliverability, SEO, and paid acquisition on Meta, LinkedIn or Google.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup and collaborating across functions. Experience in partnerships, event marketing, recruiting, HR technology or talent platforms is a plus.
