HR Officer

A remote human resources role open to candidates in Lagos, Nigeria, supporting the day-to-day people operations of a growing organisation. The position suits an experienced HR generalist who is comfortable managing the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through to payroll support and performance processes. Prior exposure to technology companies or startups is useful, and the role rewards someone who can work independently, keep things organised and communicate clearly with staff at every level.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Assist with payroll administration and related employee records
• Handle employee relations matters and queries
• Support performance management processes
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and administrative systems

What you need

• At least 4 years' experience in an HR Generalist or HR Officer role
• Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations and performance management
• Experience in a technology company or startup is an advantage
• Strong administrative, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
