Talent Scout Intern (Part-Time, Remote)

This is a three-month, part-time internship based remotely in Nigeria, running from January to March 2027 at about 15 hours a week. You will help a recruiting team find and reach out to candidates for early-stage technology companies, mainly in software, hardware, growth, product and design roles. The organisation is a for-profit recruiting business with an impact focus, and it also runs free training for Nigerian job seekers. The role suits organised, curious students who enjoy research and data, learn quickly and want hands-on experience in talent sourcing. Full training is provided, and aptitude matters more than prior experience.

What you'll do

• Source potential candidates on LinkedIn
• Qualify candidates against the requirements of each role
• Support recruitment and talent-search projects for hiring partners
• Work with the team and act on regular feedback to improve your sourcing

What you need

• Currently enrolled in a Nigerian school or university
• Organised and analytical, with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and confident with spreadsheets
• Clear, confident communicator with error-free writing
• A working personal laptop and reliable internet
• Available to source on weekdays, ideally a few hours each day
