Human Resources Manager

A full-time Human Resources Manager role based onsite in Alagbado, Lagos. This is a position for an experienced HR professional who can lead people operations for a local Lagos organisation. It suits someone with a relevant HR qualification, prior experience as an HR officer or manager, and strong computer and communication skills. Candidates living in or near Alagbado are preferred.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day human resources operations for the organisation
• Support recruitment and staff onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools

What you need

• BSc or HND
• A recognised Human Resources qualification
• Previous experience as a Human Resources Officer or Manager
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and CorelDraw
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Preferably lives in Alagbado or nearby areas
