Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager

A remote senior role for a professional who can build investor relationships and raise capital. The organisation is a consulting and advisory business that works with investment clients. The role suits an experienced investor relations, private banking, wealth management or corporate finance professional who has a strong network among high-net-worth individuals and family offices and a track record of closing deals. Two openings are available, and the role is open to candidates based in Nigeria. The closing date is 30 October 2026.

What you'll do

• Raise capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices
• Manage and grow relationships with investors
• Move fundraising opportunities through to deal closure
• Represent the firm's investment opportunities to prospective investors

What you need

• 5 to 10 years' experience in investor relations, private banking, wealth management or corporate finance
• Established network of high-net-worth individuals and family offices
• Proven experience in capital raising
• Track record of closing deals
• MBA or CFA is an advantage
• Based in Nigeria; remote, with Abuja or Lagos preferred
