Junior Invest Operations Associate

This is a remote, full-time back-office role in the operations team of a financial wellness company focused on helping people grow savings and investments through micro-investing. The work centres on keeping customer accounts running smoothly, from handling case queues and asset movements to supporting account security checks. It suits a detail-oriented early-career professional with 0–2 years in investment, banking or financial operations who enjoys combining careful process work with warm, practical customer support. Flexibility for occasional evening, weekend or holiday shifts is part of the role.

What you'll do

• Work through high volumes of customer emails and operational cases, including account updates, asset transfers and account reviews
• Process ACH disputes and handle incoming mail and fax inquiries about asset transfers, verifications and legal levies
• Process transfer-related requests and work with the advisory team on outgoing transfers and incoming rollovers
• Help customers update funding sources and resolve complex account questions
• Investigate account unlock requests with the risk team, checking documentation against set procedures
• Work with the team lead and cross-functional colleagues to spot bottlenecks and set priorities for new tools

What you need

• 0–2 years of experience in investment, banking or financial operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with an ability to solve financial issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays when needed
