Junior Operations Coordinator (Remote - Africa and Europe, German Speaker)

You will join a seed-stage vehicle logistics technology startup in Europe, backed by a company builder. The company runs an AI-powered platform that links car dealers, vehicle compounds and carriers to manage vehicle transports from order to delivery, with a strong focus on premium customer service. The operations team is growing as demand increases.

What you'll do

• Coordinate vehicle transports end to end, from pickup to delivery, across dealers, compounds, drivers and carriers
• Monitor active transports and act quickly to resolve delays and issues
• Handle customer calls in English and German, keeping customers informed throughout each transport
• Keep carriers, customers and partners aligned so every handover runs smoothly
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date order and transport records
• Provide ad hoc support to the wider operations team

What you need

• Fluent spoken and written English and fluent German
• Based in Africa or Europe, within 2 hours of CET, and available for CET working hours split between morning and afternoon
• Comfortable spending much of the day on phone calls
• Organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
• Proactive, able to spot problems and fix them without waiting to be asked
• Customer support, sales, or coordination experience is a plus
