Lending Manager (Front End) - Remote

A fully remote, full-time leadership role managing mortgage lending operations for a home-financing business that hires across regions. It suits an experienced mortgage professional who has led distributed teams, enjoys coaching people toward strong results, and understands the regulatory side of home lending. The role is open to applicants worldwide, including those based in Nigeria.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the front-end lending team in a fully remote setting
• Oversee mortgage loan processing and post-closing workflows
• Coach team members and support their development and performance
• Ensure lending activities meet federal, state, and local mortgage compliance requirements

What you need

• At least 10 years of relevant mortgage experience
• 5+ years directly managing a fully remote team
• Experience managing mortgage loan processing and/or post-closing teams
• A track record of coaching teams to success
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local mortgage regulatory compliance
