Marketing Specialist

A remote marketing role at a Web3 trading infrastructure company working across social, community and partner channels. The position suits an independent marketer who enjoys building relationships in the crypto ecosystem, creating clear content, and running campaigns from planning through to performance review. The team works across several countries and time zones, so strong self-management and fluent written English and Mandarin are valuable. The role is best suited to someone with a background in marketing or partnerships within Web3, crypto, DeFi or fintech.

What you'll do

• Drive marketing initiatives across social media, community channels and external communications
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, Web3 projects and ecosystem partners
• Develop and coordinate external content such as partnership announcements, campaign launches and product updates
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and community initiatives with internal and external partners
• Monitor Web3 trends, community discussions and competitor activity to inform campaigns
• Track campaign performance using engagement, audience growth and referral traffic metrics

What you need

• 5+ years in marketing, social media, community management, partnerships or a related field
• Good understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including crypto communities, KOLs and DeFi
• Familiarity with DEXs, perpetual trading or crypto trading infrastructure is a plus
• Strong content creation and writing skills
• Experience with KOL marketing campaigns and performance tracking
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
