Operations Specialist

A remote operations role supporting the recurring rhythm of a sales team at a real estate investment company that buys properties from homeowners and sells them to investors. The work centres on onboarding, training, documentation, team meetings and clear communication across a lean operations group and product teams. It suits an early-career organiser who writes clearly, enjoys teaching new tools, and uses AI daily to produce finished materials and automate routine tasks. Central time business hours with some flexibility; the role is full-time and W-2.

What you'll do

• Own new-hire setup and onboarding, including system access, rosters, cohort calendars and knowledge checks
• Write and maintain SOPs and keep the team knowledge base current
• Coordinate weekly team meetings and skills practice, including agendas, materials, recaps and attendance
• Build and deliver training when new tools or system updates launch, and communicate process changes to the field
• Gather user feedback and bugs after launches and work with Product and Engineering on fast follows
• Run recurring reports, cover colleagues during PTO, and turn repetitive work into AI or automation solutions

What you need

• 1–3 years in operations, programme coordination, sales support, training or a similar fast-paced role; strong internships count
• Hands-on use of AI tools to create finished work such as SOPs, training guides, decks, dashboards or reports
• Experience automating a manual process with AI or no-code tools and maintaining it
• Clear, concise writing and the ability to turn messy processes into step-by-step guides
• Comfortable running training sessions and explaining new tools
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
