GTM Onboarding & Enablement Operations Program Manager (Remote - US Eastern Time)
Must work in US Eastern time (GMT-5 / GMT-4). East Coast US preferred; a New York office is optional. A fast-growing AI research and product company is hiring a program manager to run its global go-to-market onboarding and enablement programs. The role combines hands-on delivery of new-hire onboarding with building the planning, reporting and operating structure that helps the enablement team scale. The company is remote-first and values talent over location, with a small, autonomous team and a strong focus on using AI to work faster.
What you'll do
- Run GTM onboarding cohorts end to end, including scheduling, communications, live facilitation, speaker coordination and feedback collection across regions.
- Create and maintain training materials and e-learning modules in the company's learning management system, keeping content accurate and easy to navigate.
- Own the launch and certification calendar, tracking milestones, completion rates and follow-up actions.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on onboarding, certifications, ramp metrics and team OKRs, and use them to flag gaps.
- Manage OKR and roadmap tracking, the enablement calendar and team operating rhythms, and coordinate dependencies with RevOps, Product Marketing, People and Product.
- Help plan and run company-wide enablement events such as the Sales Kick-Off, including timelines and run of show.
What you need
- Experience running onboarding, training or enablement programs in a fast-moving sales, go-to-market or commercial environment.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, able to lead live sessions for varied audiences.
- Experience building training materials or e-learning content, and familiarity with LMS platforms and tracking completion.
- Experience running team operations such as OKR tracking, roadmaps and cross-team dependency management.
- Experience building dashboards, trackers and reporting to measure progress.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or agents to automate repetitive work and improve processes.
- Ability to work in US Eastern time hours and to be based in the United States.
