Onboarding Project Coordinator

This remote role centres on coordinating client onboarding and retailer EDI integrations for a logistics business that handles eCommerce fulfilment, warehousing and B2B retail distribution. The organisation is a family-owned third-party logistics provider focused on accurate processes and retailer compliance. The role suits an organised project coordinator with hands-on SPS Commerce experience who enjoys troubleshooting transaction errors, keeping project trackers current, and using AI tools to streamline recurring reporting. Candidates are expected to work U.S. business hours aligned with a U.S.-based client. Open to candidates in LATAM, Africa and Eastern Europe.

What you'll do

• Set up and test retailer connections in SPS Commerce, including core EDI documents such as purchase orders, ASNs, invoices and inventory
• Monitor daily transactions, resolve rejected documents and ASN errors, and address issues before they lead to chargebacks
• Maintain onboarding checklists, project trackers and client setup information
• Schedule kickoff, integration and go-live calls, and document meeting notes and action items
• Analyse order and purchase order exports using AI and reporting tools to identify recurring errors
• Create SOPs, job aids and reusable templates for routine SPS Commerce processes

What you need

• At least 2 years of hands-on SPS Commerce Fulfillment experience in a 3PL, brand or retailer environment
• Experience with EDI 850, 855, 856, 810 and 846 documents and retailer routing guides
• Familiarity with requirements for major retailers such as Target, Costco, TJX, UNFI and department stores
• Experience troubleshooting ASN and invoice rejections and documenting chargeback disputes
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, and strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Available to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
