Performance Video Editor & Designer

This remote role suits a creative professional who enjoys building short-form video and design for paid digital advertising. It sits within a marketing company that helps home services businesses generate and convert leads through digital ads, creative campaigns and marketing technology, with a focus on measurable results. The successful candidate will turn footage and brand assets into attention-grabbing ads, supporting static creative and landing page graphics as well. The role suits editors and designers with a few years of experience who understand how paid social differs from organic content and who are comfortable working across several client accounts.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form video advertisements for paid social and digital campaigns
• Adapt creative into multiple formats and variations for campaign testing
• Design static ad creative and supporting campaign graphics
• Create and update graphics for landing pages and marketing materials
• Work with the marketing team on briefs, feedback and new creative concepts
• Manage creative requests across several client accounts and organise project files

What you need

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in video editing, creative design or a similar role
• Demonstrated experience producing short-form advertising or paid social creative
• Experience creating both video and static digital marketing assets
• Strong graphic design fundamentals including typography, composition and hierarchy
• Strong portfolio covering video editing and graphic design
• Experience using CapCut is an advantage; agency or multi-client experience is a plus
