Personal Brand Storyteller

A full-time, onsite role in Abuja for a storyteller who can turn everyday business life into engaging personal brand content. The role sits alongside the leader of a growing regulatory advisory practice, learning their voice and expertise and spotting the moments worth sharing. It suits observant, curious writers who enjoy finding the human story behind professional work, and who have some background in content, journalism, communications, branding or social media. Some executive support tasks may be included, but storytelling is the core of the position.

What you'll do

• Work closely with a founder to understand their voice, expertise and ambitions
• Identify stories, insights and content opportunities from everyday business activity
• Maintain a story bank and turn experiences into LinkedIn and Instagram content
• Draft posts, captions, hooks and short-form video concepts
• Interview the founder to uncover the deeper story behind experiences
• Manage the founder's content calendar and coordinate photo and video assets

What you need

• Highly observant, with a knack for spotting stories in ordinary moments
• Strong writing skills and the ability to make everyday experiences engaging
• Curious, with good questioning skills
• Creative in finding different angles and formats
• Experience in content creation, journalism, communications, branding, social media, documentary production or professional services is an advantage
• Willingness to complete a short storytelling exercise if shortlisted
