Platform Administrator (Remote - US only)

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. A software delivery company serving the federal sector is hiring a Platform Administrator for a team supporting a federal health analytics program. You will keep enterprise data platforms that power military health reporting and data delivery secure, stable, and available. The work is remote and collaborative, with close contact between platform, data engineering, and analytics teams.

What you'll do

• Administer enterprise data platforms such as Tableau Server, managed file-transfer software, Linux and Windows Server, and related government tooling
• Manage platform configuration, access controls, and governance across several environments
• Carry out operational upkeep including patching, monitoring, logging, and system health checks
• Troubleshoot platform issues that affect dashboards, data integrations, and performance, working with engineers and analysts
• Coordinate provisioning, deployment, and configuration in line with enterprise delivery standards
• Write and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operating procedures
• Support security and compliance work aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks

What you need

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; some roles may require US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance
• Experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or similarly regulated environment
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Tableau, managed file-transfer tools, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, mainly EC2-based infrastructure
• Understanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated settings
• Experience supporting RMF, NIST, or comparable security and compliance frameworks
• Bachelor's degree
• Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort working in an Agile team
