PR & Communications Associate

A contemporary luxury fashion label based in Lagos is looking for a PR and communications associate to raise the brand's profile and help turn that attention into sales. The role is hands-on and social rather than desk-based, centred on influencer partnerships, events, pop-ups and building relationships across the fashion scene. The brand works mainly remotely, with occasional office attendance on notice. This role suits a confident, creative communicator with a background in PR, influencer or brand marketing, particularly in fashion, beauty or lifestyle, who enjoys representing a brand in person and online.

What you'll do

• Grow brand visibility and link it to sales results
• Manage influencer partnerships from outreach and gifting through to contracts and results tracking
• Plan and run pop-ups, activations and brand events from concept to delivery
• Represent the brand at fashion weeks, influencer events and industry gatherings
• Secure press and editorial features alongside digital and social visibility
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on visibility, influencer performance and sales impact

What you need

• At least 2 years' hands-on experience in PR, influencer marketing or brand marketing, ideally in fashion, beauty or lifestyle
• Proven experience running influencer campaigns, including gifting, outreach and negotiation
• Experience planning or running pop-ups, brand activations or fashion events
• A track record of growing brand visibility and, ideally, sales
• Active in the fashion and influencer scene, confident building relationships and speaking for a brand
• Strong writing skills, able to produce clear pitch decks and reports, and organised in tracking results
