Product Designer-Builder (Remote - Europe, Middle East & Central Asia)

Priority hiring countries include Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Cyprus, Dubai and the wider Middle East; Western Europe is also considered. Candidates in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine cannot be considered. The team overlaps with 10:00-16:00 CET. A self-funded, profitable multi-app company builds consumer mobile products across several domains. This role sits inside its most mature consumer app as the design partner to the product manager. You will turn raw problems and ideas into flows, prototypes and shipped interfaces, and you will be expected to own some initiatives end to end, from idea through release to reading the results.

What you'll do

• Turn unclear problems and initiatives into user flows, prototypes and shipped mobile UI
• Work as a pair with the product manager and own selected initiatives fully
• Collaborate directly with engineers and review builds before release
• Design and run A/B tests, analyse results in a product analytics tool and plan the next iteration
• Run user interviews in English and launch quick user surveys
• Build simple features yourself with vibe-coding or no-code tools when faster, using the team's test and release process

What you need

• 3+ years in product design, with at least 2 years (ideally 3) in consumer mobile apps; B2B-only backgrounds are not a fit
• Strong modern mobile UX and UI craft, shown in a portfolio
• Product thinking with interest in metrics and experiments
• Experience running user interviews (usability research skills can be learned on the job)
• English at B2-C1 and Russian language skills
• Ability to work in a high-pace environment and accept direct feedback
• Must be able to contract through your own sole proprietorship (B2B)
• Nice to have: a self-launched app or side project, and builder or no-code skills
