Product Marketing Manager, Financial Crime Solutions (Remote, UK, Czechia or Spain)

Some travel required. This is a product marketing role at a fast-growing enterprise data and analytics software company, within its specialist division that serves financial institutions and other high-stakes investigation teams. The company has recently joined a larger global software group, which opens new markets and customers for its solutions. You will shape how industry solutions are positioned and taken to market, starting with a solution that helps banks detect and investigate financial crime.

What you'll do

• Research target industries, customer challenges and buying behaviour, and help define ideal customer profiles and buyer personas for go-to-market planning.
• Own positioning and messaging for industry solutions, turning complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions and proof points.
• Build sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, solution overviews, discovery guides, objection handling, battle cards and demo narratives.
• Work with competitive intelligence, sales and customer advocacy teams to develop differentiation and customer stories.
• Shape solution launches and campaigns with demand generation, content and regional marketing teams, and contribute to thought leadership and landing page content.

What you need

• At least 5 years of B2B technology marketing experience, including at least 3 years in product, solutions or closely related marketing.
• Proven record of translating technical capabilities and customer problems into clear, differentiated value propositions.
• Experience creating practical sales materials that help commercial teams win business.
• Good understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying groups and how marketing influences pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to varied audiences.
• Must be based in the UK, Czechia or Spain. Fluency in English is required.
