Project Coordinator

This remote role supports project management activities, helping projects finish on time, within scope and within budget. The coordinator plans and schedules work, keeps tasks and stakeholders aligned, and tracks progress through to completion and billing. It suits an organised, detail-minded person who enjoys keeping multiple workstreams moving, communicating clearly with teams and customers, and improving how work gets done. The organisation works to service level targets and quality standards set by its project management office.

What you'll do

• Plan and schedule work orders around priorities and resource availability
• Coordinate with vendors, onsite contacts and other teams to keep timelines on track
• Track work orders through to close-out and submit completed work for billing
• Provide regular status updates to customers and confirm successful completion
• Monitor performance against response-time targets, SLAs and KPIs
• Review submitted work against checklists to ensure accuracy and quality

What you need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills, including office software and familiarity with project management tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Fluent English; PMP or equivalent certification and an Associate's degree are preferred
