Proposal Writer

A remote proposal writing role with a technology consulting and professional services firm that works in asset management and enterprise asset management. The position suits a confident writer who enjoys turning technical and business information into persuasive, well-structured content for bids and client opportunities. You will collaborate across leadership, sales, and delivery teams, so comfort working with subject matter experts and managing several deadlines at once is important. Prior experience with RFPs or RFQs in consulting, government contracting, or similar sectors is valued. Deep technical knowledge is not required, but an interest in asset-intensive industries is a plus.

What you'll do

• Develop, write, and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and other client solicitations from review to submission
• Turn technical and business information into clear, persuasive proposal content
• Develop content on asset management and enterprise asset management solutions and outcomes
• Review solicitation requirements to ensure responses are complete, compliant and accurate
• Manage proposal schedules, content assignments and review cycles
• Maintain reusable content, past project descriptions and supporting materials

What you need

• Proven experience writing and developing proposals, ideally in consulting, professional services or government contracting
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs, including compliance and deadlines
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to work with technical experts and business leaders to gather information
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely in a cross-functional team
