Real Estate Lead Follow-Up & CRM Virtual Assistant

A remote, long-term contractor role supporting a residential real estate agent based in California. The work centres on phone outreach, following up with prospects the client supplies, keeping the agent's CRM tidy, and booking buyer and seller appointments. Lighter secondary tasks include refreshing Canva files, scheduling approved social-media posts and updating a monthly newsletter. It suits an organised, personable professional who is comfortable on the phone, works well independently inside a CRM, and wants steady work with room to grow in hours and responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to client-provided lead and prospect lists, following approved scripts
• Qualify prospects' interest, motivation, timeframe and property needs
• Schedule buyer and seller appointments with the agent
• Keep accurate records, notes and follow-up dates in Follow Up Boss
• Update and refresh existing Canva templates and marketing files using established branding
• Update and send the existing Mailchimp newsletter one to two times a month

What you need

• Cold calling or outbound customer communication experience
• CRM experience; Follow Up Boss experience is a plus
• Strong spoken and written English
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills
• Professional, personable telephone manner
• Comfortable working Monday to Friday, late morning to early afternoon Pacific Time
