Receptionist / Social Media Intern

This is an onsite internship in Abuja that combines front-desk reception work with a social media intern role. The post centres on welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, and keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy and well organised. It suits recent graduates or early-career candidates who enjoy a people-facing, orderly office and want to build practical front-desk and administrative experience. What you'll do

• Greet, welcome and direct visitors, clients and staff in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen and forward phone calls and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Manage the front desk, reception area and meeting room bookings to keep them clean and orderly
• Maintain the visitor log and staff attendance register
• Handle incoming deliveries and mail

What you need

• Minimum of OND, HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer or admin assistant is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional appearance, punctual, organised and able to multitask
• Must have completed NYSC
• Must be residing in Abuja
