Senior Brand Copywriter

A remote-first role for a senior writer who will shape how a consumer finance business tells its brand story to homeowners. The position sits at the centre of marketing, creative and product work, turning strategy into clear, persuasive copy across websites, ads, email, video and internal channels. It suits an experienced B2C writer who enjoys collaborating with designers, presenting ideas to leaders, and learning a specialist financial sector in depth. Autonomy, a strong portfolio and comfort using AI tools alongside human judgement are key.

What you'll do

• Write strategic copy for blogs, emails, social posts, video and paid ads that engage homeowners and generate leads
• Maintain and help evolve brand voice, guidelines and copy style standards
• Work with design, marketing, product, legal and underwriting teams to gather requirements and develop ideas
• Own copy through the full creative process, from concept through design to final product
• Present creative options and reasoning to creative leaders and stakeholders
• Plan, run and track brand marketing initiatives and campaigns with cross-functional teams

What you need

• 7–10 years of B2C copywriting experience, agency or in-house
• Experience working closely with art direction and design
• Experience writing across web, ads, product, email and video
• Experience using AI in the creative process with strong human review
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work from a strategic brief
• A strong portfolio is required; startup or consumer finance experience is a bonus
