Senior Business Performance Analyst

A full-time onsite role in Victoria Island, Lagos, for an experienced analyst who enjoys turning financial and operational data into clear advice for senior leaders. The organisation is a business operating in a data-intensive environment where performance reviews, planning and forecasting drive decisions. The role suits someone with a finance, economics or quantitative background, strong Excel and presentation skills, and a habit of challenging assumptions while mentoring junior colleagues.

What you'll do

• Analyse financial and operational performance, track key performance indicators and recommend actions
• Lead monthly performance reviews and prepare management reports, dashboards and executive presentations
• Partner with business leaders on strategic plans and improvement initiatives
• Coordinate planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Build financial models and support investment and cost decisions
• Use analytics and BI tools to automate reporting and improve data quality

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in performance management, FP&A, business analytics, consulting or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modelling
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
