i'llTip JobsSenior Customer Success Manager (Remote - EMEA)
A B2B SaaS company that helps go-to-market teams convert inbound leads into qualified meetings is hiring a Customer Success Manager for its EMEA customer base. The team is fully remote and distributed globally, and it is focused on onboarding, retention and product adoption. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced startup environment and can work closely with technical and commercial teams.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of roughly 80-100 customers, driving fast onboarding and proving return on investment early on
- Train customers and help them roll out new use cases, removing blockers along the way
- Set success criteria with customers and keep both customer and internal teams accountable for hitting them
- Act as the escalation point for technical issues and resolve them proactively
- Share regular status updates and next steps through Slack, email and weekly one-to-one meetings with your manager
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to the account management team, and build case studies and customer references
What you need
- 1-2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including data model, custom objects, REST API and managed packages; Salesforce certification is a plus
- 1-2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot or HubSpot; certification is a plus
- Technical background, such as implementing CRM or marketing systems or handling technical support cases
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams within a customer organization
- Based in the EMEA region and eligible to work there
