What you'll do

• Resolve customer issues quickly, working to team targets for response and resolution times
• Onboard and train new team members and coach colleagues on difficult cases
• Take ownership of escalations and act as the customer's voice when working with other departments
• Help with day-to-day support operations and process improvements
• Work with teams across the business to address root causes of recurring customer problems

What you need

• At least 5 years of experience in online customer support, live chat and phone support
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk
• Native or full professional proficiency in English, Italian and French (all three required)
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, not required
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple platforms at once
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm GMT
