Senior Data Engineer - Snowflake & Customer Data (Remote - UK)

A fast-growing digital marketing and data consultancy is hiring a senior data engineer to work on its MarTech development team. The role centres on Snowflake architecture and customer data foundations that power CRM, personalisation and audience activation for clients. What you'll do

• Design and maintain Snowflake data models that support customer engagement, reporting and audience activation
• Build customer-level data structures for segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing
• Create and maintain pipelines that sync customer data into Braze, Hightouch and other downstream tools
• Work on identity resolution, consent frameworks, event tracking and customer profile unification
• Optimise Snowflake performance, cost and scalability across large datasets
• Work with CRM, CDP, analytics and marketing teams to make sure data supports business use cases

What you need

• Hands-on experience designing data models and pipelines in Snowflake
• Understanding of customer data concepts such as identity resolution, customer 360 views and consent
• Experience with CDPs or marketing tools such as Braze or Hightouch is valuable
• Ability to ensure data quality, governance and compliance on customer-facing data
• Comfortable working with clients and cross-functional marketing and analytics teams
• Must be based in the UK and able to work remotely
