Senior Growth Marketing Manager, App Installs (Remote - Select European Countries, USA, Canada, South Africa)

This is a senior paid-acquisition role at a remote-first online privacy company with a team of several hundred people and millions of users worldwide. You will own app install campaigns across major ad platforms and drive profitable user growth without relying on user-level tracking. The work is hands-on and analytical, combining channel testing, creative experimentation and aggregate measurement.

What you'll do

• Scale and optimize app acquisition campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Apple ad platforms
• Plan, launch and measure tests for new ad channels and calculate incremental lift
• Run in-market creative and messaging tests to improve app install conversion
• Model app economics such as payback and LTV, and project outcomes across spend and volume scenarios
• Own a portfolio of existing channels, such as Google, paid social and app install campaigns, as needed

What you need

• 7+ years in digital advertising, ideally 2+ years marketing consumer apps
• Hands-on experience managing paid programs on Google Ads and Apple Ads; familiarity with non-digital paid media such as CTV or TV is a plus
• Proven record of scaling app install programs while improving efficiency as volume grows
• Experience designing incrementality tests (geo holdouts, lift studies, PSA or ghost ads)
• Strong analytical skills and a habit of always-on creative testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfortable joining on-camera video meetings and travelling about twice a year (4-5 days each)
