Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

A full-time hybrid role in Lagos for a marketing professional who will oversee social media, digital marketing and content across two brands. The role is a mix of creative production and strategy, from planning campaigns and content calendars to tracking performance and reporting results. It suits a confident, organised marketer with a few years of experience who enjoys building brand visibility, engaging audiences and generating leads for a growing business.

What you'll do

• Develop and carry out social media and digital marketing strategies across two brands
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging graphics, videos and promotional content
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns aimed at leads and conversions
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars
• Monitor engagement, campaign results and channel performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, CapCut)
• Experience managing social media accounts and running paid ads
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• A portfolio of previous work
