Social Media Associate

A full-time hybrid role in Egbeda, Lagos, for a creative person who enjoys building an online presence. The organisation offers human resources solutions focused on workforce development, training and organisational growth. The role suits someone with a good eye for design, a flair for writing engaging posts, and an interest in digital marketing. Candidates who are self-motivated, detail-minded and comfortable managing several deadlines at once will feel at home. The role combines three days on site with two days off.

What you'll do

• Manage social media accounts and keep an active online presence
• Create engaging content including graphics, captions and short-form videos
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
• Design marketing and promotional materials using tools such as Canva
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Track social media performance and provide regular updates

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or HND in marketing, communications or a related field is an advantage
• 1 to 3 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media analytics
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
