Social Media Communication Officer

What you'll do

• Manage social media platforms and maintain an active, professional online presence
• Plan and publish weekly and monthly content calendars across approved channels
• Write captions, stories and campaign content, and create graphics, reels and short videos
• Attend programmes and events to capture photos, videos and testimonials
• Engage audiences and respond to online enquiries professionally
• Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports with recommendations

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, communications or content management
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Working knowledge of Canva and basic video-editing tools such as CapCut
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Functional personal laptop and reliable internet access for remote workdays
