Social Media Creator

A remote, full-time creator role at a financial wellness company that helps people build lasting wealth through small, everyday actions. The role suits a confident on-camera creator and strategist who understands money and can explain it in relatable, useful ways. You will be a recurring face of the brand, own its social channels, and build an engaged community across formats from short video to graphics. What you'll do

• Create original on-camera and short-form social content, from concept through to publishing
• Lead social strategy and own the content calendar across the brand's channels
• Source, scope and manage external creators to reach priority audiences
• Handle day-to-day community management to grow an engaged following
• Report on engagement, audience growth and content performance
• Shape the brand's voice and visual presence on social media

What you need

• 5-8+ years creating content and managing social channels
• A portfolio of social-first content, including on-camera work
• End-to-end creator skills: concepting, scripting, shooting, editing and publishing
• Strong short-form video skills and fluency in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Canva
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats and audience behaviour
• Fintech knowledge is a plus
