What you'll do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for multiple concurrent searches, from intake kickoff through accepted offer, without relying on a sourcer or coordinator
- Define candidate profiles with hiring managers and build your own search strategy, including proactive sourcing and passive talent pipelines
- Run recruiter screens, form evidenced views on candidates, and present hiring managers with slates that include clear recommendations
- Lead weekly search meetings with hiring managers, using funnel data and market feedback to diagnose problems and propose changes
- Manage offers and candidate closing, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience, including for candidates who are not hired
- Build AI-assisted or automated recruiting workflows and track recruiting metrics such as conversion, time to fill and time to hire
What you need
- Several years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, having run multiple searches at once independently
- A track record of recruiting unfamiliar roles and functions, not only one specialty
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates, ideally where the employer brand did not do most of the work
- Comfort working with hiring managers on calibration, pushback and funnel analysis
- Experience working without dedicated sourcing, coordination or ops support
- Strong written communication for a distributed, asynchronous environment, and proficiency with an applicant tracking system; no formal degree required
