What you'll do

• Manage recruitment processes end to end for technical roles such as engineers and physicists
• Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates
• Work with hiring managers at optics and defence companies
• Source passive candidates through a range of channels

What you need

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous tech recruitment experience is a significant advantage
• Ability to work independently with strong self-discipline and time management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Genuine interest in recruiting
