Technical Project Manager (Remote - EMEA)

Candidates must be able to work from within the EMEA region. A U.S.-based B2B SaaS company that provides AI-driven search and product discovery for large ecommerce retailers is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations. You will own onboardings for new customers and rollouts of additional products for existing customers, from kickoff through to activation. The role works across a matrixed structure, so you will drive delivery through influence rather than direct authority. The company is moving toward a more automated, AI-assisted implementation model, and you will help standardize how projects run.

What you'll do

• Lead several implementations in parallel, covering kickoff, integration, testing and go-live.
• Own the timeline, milestones and outcome of each engagement, coordinating internal engineers, customer teams and partners against one shared plan.
• Run kickoff meetings, track dependencies and keep status visible to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Act as the customer's main point of contact through activation, communicating progress, risks and scope changes.
• Ensure clean handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and Support.
• Build repeatable templates, processes and reporting that help the implementation function scale.

What you need

• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience, ideally in SaaS.
• A track record of delivering outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors accountable without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing track of details.
• Confidence leading customer kickoffs and keeping stakeholders aligned through go-live.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and stay clear-headed in ambiguous situations.
• Nice to have: technical fluency to work with integration specialists, and familiarity with APIs, data feeds, ecommerce or LLM-based products.
