TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager

This fully remote role runs the day-to-day creator program for a personal care and beauty products company's TikTok Shop channel, covering two of its brands. The job suits someone who enjoys building relationships with creators, spotting a strong hook, and using performance data to decide where to grow. You would be the main contact for a creator community that includes English and Spanish speakers, from first outreach through to sampling, posting and performance. The work is fast-paced and cross-functional, with a steady rhythm of product launches and campaigns to coordinate.

What you'll do

• Find, vet and recruit high-converting creators by building targeted lists and running personalised outreach
• Manage the creator pipeline from outreach and acceptance through sampling, posting and GMV
• Review sample requests and recommend where sampling should increase or decrease
• Act as the day-to-day contact for creators in English and Spanish, onboarding new affiliates and re-engaging dormant ones
• Plan and run monthly product pushes and campaign briefs, including Target Collabs
• Pull weekly performance data, maintain trackers and recommend which creators and products to scale, maintain or deprioritise

What you need

• At least 2 years in affiliate, influencer or creator marketing, including 1 year managing creators on TikTok Shop
• Fluent English and conversational Spanish
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, sample management and open or targeted collaborations
• Proven ability to find, vet and recruit creators and grow programme GMV
• Strong understanding of what makes short-form content convert, including hooks, angles and claims guidelines
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for trackers and weekly performance analysis
