Affiliate Manager (AI Product)

A full-time remote role managing affiliate partner accounts for an AI-focused product team at a digital products organisation operating across several European and Caucasus hubs. The role suits experienced affiliate or performance marketing professionals who enjoy growing partner networks, optimising campaigns and keeping data clean. Candidates should be comfortable with tracking technology and commercial models, and be self-motivated working across time zones.

What you'll do

• Onboard and manage affiliate partner accounts end to end
• Set up creatives, landing pages and tracking for partners
• Scale partner performance and channel growth
• Assess traffic quality and manage fraud risk
• Maintain partner pipeline and CRM records

What you need

• At least 2 years in full-cycle affiliate account management
• Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare and hybrid models
• Technical literacy in tracking, pixels, postbacks/S2S and attribution
• Basic API usage
• Partner pipeline and CRM management with good database hygiene
