AI Enablement and Learning Specialist (Remote - EMEA)

A fully remote, AI-powered creative services company with several hundred clients is looking for a contractor to help build its learning function in practical, AI-driven ways. You will join the learning enablement and transformation team and work closely with the lead of learning strategy. The role blends knowledge management, workflow automation and hands-on AI prototyping, and it suits someone who prefers open problems to step-by-step briefs.

What you'll do

• Research AI-powered approaches to learning goals and recommend which ones are worth building.
• Prototype Claude-supported learning resources and automations, and develop the strongest into working solutions.
• Run and improve asynchronous onboarding so new team members have a smooth, mostly automated experience.
• Organize and maintain learning knowledge so it is easy to find, trustworthy and kept current.
• Automate enrolments, reminders, tracking and reporting across the learning systems, and keep those tools reliable (LMS, Notion, Claude).
• Create short modules, guides and communications, and work with stakeholders to turn their learning needs into solutions.

What you need

• Strong experience structuring, managing and maintaining knowledge bases or information systems.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and workflow automation platforms, and comfort with the technical side of systems.
• A systems mindset and the ability to turn an ambiguous idea or rough goal into a clear plan and follow it through.
• Proactive and able to work independently in an async, remote team.
• Excellent written English and clear, simple communication skills.
• Experience in L&D, HR, enablement or a related field, and experience with an LMS, are advantages but not required.
