AI Workflow Specialist

A fully remote role with a fast-growing online retailer that buys, bundles and resells merchandise. The business runs a lean, distributed team and is moving from occasional AI experiments toward automation built into everyday operations. The role suits a practical builder with strong business judgment who can work through loosely defined problems, use modern AI coding assistants, and take projects from initial audit through to team adoption. Candidates should be comfortable working US business hours, aligned to Eastern Time, and the role is open to candidates in Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe.

What you'll do

• Audit manual workflows across departments and prioritise AI-powered automation opportunities
• Automate accounting tasks such as credit card reconciliation and invoice reconciliation between order management software and accounting software
• Own and improve an AI-powered customer support ticketing agent and expand its knowledge library
• Use AI tools to clean and maintain a large product catalogue
• Connect sales and inventory data to support purchasing and reorder decisions
• Support non-technical team members in solving business problems with AI

What you need

• Demonstrated experience implementing AI automations that others in a business actively use
• Experience taking automation projects from audit through build and rollout independently
• Experience consolidating and reconciling data across multiple disconnected systems
• Hands-on proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or comparable tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
