Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote sales support role open to candidates worldwide. The team sells to online and direct-to-consumer brands and digital service businesses, and the appointment setter's job is to start conversations, qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team. It suits people who enjoy phone prospecting, are persistent and organised, and like working toward clear targets. Experience in e-commerce or agency work is helpful but not essential.

What you'll do

• Manage and qualify inbound leads
• Carry out outbound prospecting and cold calls
• Work through and activate an existing lead database of over 2,000 leads
• Research target brands and identify decision-makers
• Prospect by phone, LinkedIn and email, following up consistently
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and track outreach and results

What you need

• At least 2 years in appointment setting, SDR/BDR, sales, lead generation or business development
• Strong English communication skills
• Proven cold-calling and outbound sales experience
• Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, email outreach and lead-generation tools
• Strong research, organisation and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
