What you'll do

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts and monitor account activity and health signals.
• Reach out with relevant guidance when customers need support or could benefit from renewed engagement.
• Help create and deliver webinars, resources and automated programs that show customers how to get more from the platform.
• Spot signs of churn or changing staffing needs and connect customers with the right internal teams.
• Track engagement, account health and campaign performance, and share recurring customer issues with product teams.

What you need

• 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, customer support or another customer-facing or operations role.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort reviewing data and spotting patterns to prioritize work.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple accounts.
• Curiosity about tools such as Salesforce or Intercom, or similar CRM and customer platforms.
