Senior Customer Success Manager (EMEA)

A fully remote senior customer success role for someone who enjoys helping business customers get real value from software. The team works with a B2B software platform used by sales and marketing teams to turn enquiries into qualified meetings. You would look after a sizeable group of customers, guiding them through onboarding, training and new ways of using the product. The role suits a technically minded, solutions-focused person who communicates clearly and thrives in a fast-moving, growing company. Hiring is open within the EMEA region.

What you'll do

• Own customer onboarding and help customers reach value quickly
• Train customers and support rollout of new use cases
• Act as the escalation point for technical issues
• Work with sales, marketing and other internal teams to spot opportunities and risks
• Pass upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the account management team
• Create best-practice guides, case studies and customer references

What you need

• Technical experience, such as implementing Salesforce or marketing automation systems, or handling technical support cases
• 1-2+ years of Salesforce experience (data model, REST API, admin)
• 1-2+ years of marketing automation experience (such as Marketo, Pardot or HubSpot)
• Basic JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in customer organisations
• Strong written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment
