Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, live chat, social media and in person
• Support account opening, registration, verification and onboarding
• Explain financial products, services, fees and terms clearly
• Handle complaints and enquiries about deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans and investments
• Investigate failed, delayed or disputed transactions and coordinate their resolution
• Provide accurate account information while following security procedures

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• 2 to 5 years' relevant experience in financial services or a related field
• Experience supporting business growth, profitability and lead conversion
• Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Good stakeholder management and decision-making abilities
