B2B SEO Content Strategist

A remote, worldwide role for a senior content and search specialist to build organic search and content into a dependable source of sales pipeline for a B2B business. The work goes beyond running a blog: it covers channel strategy, search and AI-answer optimisation, editorial standards and close collaboration with conversion, paid and social teams. It suits an experienced marketer who takes ownership, works well with ambiguity, builds processes from scratch and uses AI tools confidently to raise the quality and speed of output.

What you'll do

• Build and run an organic strategy that contributes measurable pipeline, with targets and a clear roadmap
• Own keyword strategy, content architecture and on-page and off-page SEO
• Optimise content for AI-generated answers and AI search results
• Set editorial standards and own the content calendar across blog, search and social
• Write, review and edit content, leading by example
• Work with conversion, paid media and landing page teams to align organic content with funnel goals

What you need

• 5+ years in content marketing, including at least 2 years in a senior role
• Proven record of growing organic traffic and converting it into B2B or SaaS pipeline
• Deep hands-on SEO and AEO experience
• Experience owning multiple organic channels end-to-end
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, WordPress, Looker Studio and Claude
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer SEO or Screaming Frog, and with automation tools such as Make, n8n or Zapier
