Senior SEO & GEO Specialist

A senior, hands-on role for an SEO professional who wants to own client programmes end to end. The work spans traditional search, generative engine optimisation for AI-powered discovery, content operations and growth analytics across a portfolio of B2B startups and consumer brands. The organisation is a growing marketing agency that blends established SEO practice with AI-native workflows. It suits experienced operators who are comfortable with technical audits, content architecture, client communication and presenting findings to senior stakeholders, and who use AI tools critically and with care.

What you'll do

• Own SEO, GEO, content and analytics programmes for assigned client accounts
• Run technical SEO audits, indexation analysis and schema reviews
• Build answer-first content and maintain AI-search visibility baselines
• Manage content production, client review workflows and publishing
• Carry out keyword, competitor and search-intent research for proposals
• Review Google Search Console performance and recommend growth priorities

What you need

• Deep, practical SEO experience
• Understanding of how search is changing across AI platforms
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude Code in production workflows
• Strong client communication and presentation skills
• Experience with CMS publishing and editorial governance
• Ability to work fully remote on a 9am to 5pm Pacific schedule
